Too much information is a good thing in this case, as it allows me determine the correct size and fit, for now and the future.  Does your dog wear a coat in the winter?  Is the coat under or over the harness?  I expect the harness to last many years and I want to ensure the harness will work for you and your dog in all conditions.  Does your dog get hot easily, maybe a Mesh harness is best?  I will get back to you with the size I suggest.
