Returns & Refunds
We understand that there is no one tool that works for all dogs. We will accept a return for a full refund provided; 1. Email info@brilliantk9.com to notify of the return with a picture of the harness in NEW RESTOCK condition. 2. We receive the harness in NEW RESTOCK condition within 30 days after you received the harness. 3. The harness is received at the warehouse with the order number and customer name clearly marked on the outside of the package. If a different name or company name is on the outside of the package, and there is no note inside with the name of the person that placed the order, there is no way for us to refund your order. Ship to the Shop address at the bottom of the website.
All of our harness orders are assembled and sewn at our facility in Lucas, Ohio as soon as we receive your order. It will normally take 1 week to prepare and ship your order and we will notify you via email every step of the way.

Ripken Loves It!
We got the harness a couple days ago and love it! Once fitted it is a breeze to use. I love how sturdy it feels, how easy the magnetic speed latch works and how ergonomic it is for our little Ripken. The large ring is great to clip in the leash and keep his tags on. I also appreciate the loop for a bag holder on the side. Oh and the name tags look so cool for him. Our last harness was $40 and has only made it for about 4 months and is trashed. Looking forward to the long life use for this harness. I would highly recommend this.

I already had the harness, but my dog crossed the bridge early this year.
