The product comes in 5 Bars which break down into 5 soft "chicklets" and are cryo vacuum packed. Product is 30% musle meat and slow cooked 8 hours in batches of 200. They are shelf stable for 24 months and be FROZEN or refrigerated after opening. Very convenient for training, travel, competition, camping / hiking and are protein packed.
